    JONESBORO, Ark. (4/10/24) – Emma Stull and Karli VanDuinen of the Arkansas State women’s bowling team were recognized Wednesday as National Tenpin Coaches Association (NTCA) All-Central Region and All-Conference USA Honorees.

    Stull, a Second Team All-Region and Second Team All-Conference USA pick, ranked 10th in the league with a player composite performance index (PCPI) percentage of 71.138. The fifth-year senior rolled a traditional average of 208.5 and a Baker average of 207.7 for an overall average of 208.0. She carried a Baker double percentage of 53.5 percent on the year and had an average score of 9.12 on the first ball. Stull compiled an overall spare conversion rate of 72.3 percent, knocking down 89.5 percent of single pin spares.

    VanDuinen, a Second Team All-Region and Third Team All-Conference honoree, ranked 12th in the league’s PCPI report with a rate of 70.641 percent. The sophomore registered a traditional average of 209.3 and a Baker average of 208.0 for an overall average of 208.5. She carried a Baker double percentage of 56.6 percent and had an average pin count of 9.18 on the first ball. VanDuinen tabulated an overall spare conversion rate of 70.0 percent, rolling 85.4 percent of single pin spares.

    A-State is set to appear in the National Collegiate Bowling Championship in Allen Park, Mich., April 12-13 at Thunderbowl Lanes. The Red Wolves won the Rochester Regional for the second consecutive season and are assured of a top four finish in the NCAA Championship for the sixth time in program history.
