MONROE, La. (4/1/24) – The Arkansas State women’s golf team totaled 8-over par 584 and is second among 12 teams at the ULM Invitational.
A-State opened with a 3-over par 291 and followed it up with a 5-over par 293 to finish the day six strokes back of Sam Houston for the lead. The Red Wolves are three strokes ahead of Samford for third while Southern Miss (+14) and Troy (+14) round out the top five.
Morgan Beaulieu paced the Red Wolves totaling 2-over par 146 (76-70) to tie for 15th thus far. Ashley Kim is tied for 19th with a total of 147 (74-73) and Olivia Coit is tied for 30th totaling 149 (73-76). Anne-Lea Lavoie carded the low round of the day for A-State at 4-under par 68 and is tied for 30th with a total of 149 (68-81). Madison Tenore rounds out the five scorers for the Red Wolves as she is tied for 39th at 7-over par 151. Playing as individuals, Charlotte Menager is 33rd (+6), Sofia Bastidas is 63rd (+13) and Shannon Berry is 71st (+19).
