NORMAN, Okla. (9/21/26) – The Arkansas State women’s golf team finished played at the Schooner Fall Classic placing 16th in a competitive field at Belmar Golf Club.

A-State turned in a final round 18-over par 298 on the par-70, 6,182-yard course to finish 16th in the 16-team field. The Red Wolves totaled 43-over par 883, four strokes back of Oral Roberts for 15th. Iowa State took the team title at 30-under par 810 with Oklahoma (-13), Florida State (-11), Virginia Tech (-10), TCU (-8), Oklahoma State (-6), Kansas State (-4), UCF (+3), Baylor (+4) and Tulsa (+12) completing the top 10. Tulane (+13), Houston (+13), Georgia (+23) and Texas State (+32) were 11th through 14th, respectively.

Sofia Bastidas turned in the low round of the day for A-State on Monday at 2-over par 72 to finish at 12-over par 222 and tied for 72nd. Mackenzie Cloutier and Kayla Van de Ven totaled 9-over par 219 to tie for 62nd while Ceci Lococo and Yinyoe Yang tied for 84th at 16-over par 226. Caroline Hughes (+32) was 3-over par 73 in the final round and finished 93rd.

A-State hosts the annual Lady Red Wolves Classic Oct. 12-13 at Sage Meadows Golf Club in Jonesboro.
