    JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (3/3/24) – The Arkansas State women’s golf team finished ninth among 19 teams at the UNF Collegiate contested at Jacksonville Golf and Country Club.

    A-State completed the suspended second round at 6-over par 294 and shot even-par 288 in the final round Tuesday to complete the event at 9-over par 873. The Red Wolves were the top finisher among four Sun Belt Conference programs in the field topping ULM (+14), Old Dominion (+22) and South Alabama (+90). Sam Houston won the event at 16-under par 848 while UTSA (-11) and host North Florida (-5) rounded out the top three.

    Morgan Beaulieu placed tied for ninth individually to lead A-State with a 213. Beaulieu turned in the low round of the tournament among Red Wolves with a 3-under par 69. Madison Tenore tied for 22nd at even-par 216 and Elise Schultz was tied for 38th at 4-over par 220. Olivia Coit (+11) tied for 80th and Charlotte Menager (+19) tied for 95th to round out the five players counting toward the team total. Ashley Kim played as an individual and tied for 45th with a total of 5-over par 221.

    A-State continues its spring slate March 15-16 at the MountainView Collegiate hosted by Kansas State and Missouri at The Preserve in Tuscon, Ariz. Live scoring will be available on Golfstat.com
