PAWLEYS ISLAND, S.C. (9/8/25) – The Arkansas State women’s golf team turned in the low round of the day at Caledonia Golf Club and climbed to fourth at the Golfweek Fall Challenge.
A-State totaled 1-over par 285 to pace the field Monday and climbed eight spots to fourth in the 20-team field. Charlotte (-9) maintains the lead with Coastal Carolina (+5) and UNC Wilmington (+7) just ahead of the Red Wolves. High Point (+12), App State (+14), Boise State (+15), East Carolina (+16), Campbell (+16), Cincinnati (+17) and UNC Greensboro (+17) round out the top 10 and ties.
A day after shooting a 2-under par 69 in the opening round, Anne-Lea Lavoie tied her career low round at 3-under par 68 to stand third individually at 5-under par 137. Lavoie’s 3-under par 68 ties for the 12th-lowest round in program history while her 36-hole total is tied for fifth.
Morgan Beaulieu followed up an even-par opening round with a 1-over par 72 and is tied for 12th. Sofia Bastidas was even-par in the second round to climb 25 spots to a tie for 21st at 3-over par 145. Ceci Lococo was five shots better in the second round posting a 3-over par 74 and enters the final round tied for 76th. Olivia Coit (+17) is tied for 93rd.
Tee times begin at 7:35 a.m. (ET) for the final round on Tuesday with the Red Wolves scheduled to begin at 9:10 a.m. (ET). Live scoring is available on Golfstat.com.
