EUGENE, Ore. (6/12/25) – Arkansas State Track and Field added two All-Americans on Thursday evening at Hayward Field, as Colby Eddowes and Carly Pujol completed the program’s final events at the 2025 NCAA Outdoor Championships.
Pujol posted a height of 4.24m/13-11 in the women’s pole vault finals, tying for 12th place. She earned All-America honors for the first time in her career with a Second Team distinction.
Eddowes opened his second day of the decathlon with a first-place finish in the 110m hurdles and finished 16th in the discus (38.59m/126-7), 15th in the pole vault (4.51m/14-9 ½), 18th in the javelin (47.02m/154-3), and 16th in the 1500 meters (4:44.71).
He set a new personal best with 7,725 points and placed eighth, earning All-America First Team laurels in the decathlon for the first time. It is Eddowes’ second All-America First Team honor, last earning it at the 2024 NCAA Indoor Championships (heptathlon).
