    JONESBORO, Ark. (6/17/26) – Arkansas State Women’s Soccer head coach Brian Dooley announces additions to the coaching staff with assistant coach Kyle Schwartz, strength and conditioning graduate assistant Nick Charest, and graduate assistant Gertie Langford.
     
    Schwartz joins the coaching staff after three seasons as an assistant coach at Rhodes College, where the Lynx compiled a 38-14-7 overall record, also winning the 2025 SAA Coaching Staff of the Year award, with 10 USC All-Region selections, including three first-team selections. Schwartz earned his masters at Middle Tennessee State after finishing his collegiate career at Cumberland University.
     
    Nick Charest joins the Red Wolves as a graduate assistant and will work with the Women’s Soccer and Women’s Tennis teams. Charest joins the Red Wolves staff after serving as assistant strength coach at University of Arkansas, working with Men’s and Women’s Tennis and Women’s Soccer as well as working as the strength and conditioning coach at Har-Ber High School for Boy’s Lacrosse and Baseball. Charest holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Human Nutrition.
     
    Gertie Langford remains with Arkansas State as a graduate assistant with Women’s Soccer after five years of competition as a player with the Red Wolves. Langford played in all 30 games her junior and senior seasons, starting 29 of them, while totaling 3,235 career minutes.
