JONESBORO, Ark. (8/29/25) – Arkansas State cross country opened the 2025 campaign at the City Auto Twilight Memphis Classic on Saturday night at the Mike Rose Soccer Complex.
 
The women’s team placed fourth in the team standings after tallying 117 points in the 5K, while the men’s team placed fourth with 106 points in the four-mile race.
 
Delaney Mulick (17:57.73) and Devyn O’Daniel (18:32.71) placed 14th and 23rd respectively, leading the A-State women. Lizzee Winkler (18:43.66) and Mary Beth Bailey (18:45.80) were not far behind at 26th and 28th, while Katherine Schaefer (18:55.23) rounded out the top five scorers with a 33rd-place finish.
 
On the men’s side, Parker Noffz (19:58.36) led the way with a 16th place finish and Noah Herrera (20:08.75) finished seven spots below. Joe Edwards (20:25.08) placed 27th, Chance Tindall (20:34.96) finished 29th, and Gabe Falting (20:45.78) rounded out the top five at 32nd.
