    POINT CLEAR, Ala. (4/22/26) – The Arkansas State women’s golf team finished ninth at the Sun Belt Conference Championship to complete the 2025-26 season.

    A-State turned in its best round of the week with a final round 9-over par 297 to total 39-over par 903. ULM (+7), South Alabama (+16), Texas State (+17) comprised the top three while Coastal Carolina (+18) and Old Dominion (+18) advanced to a playoff to determine the final team to match play semifinals on Thursday to determine the conference champion. App State (+22), Georgia State (+28) and Southern Miss (+30) completed the top eight while James Madison (+40), Georgia Southern (+51), Troy (+65) and Marshall (+78) completed the field.

    Sofia Bastidas was the top finisher for A-State placing tied for 25th at 7-over par 223 (77-73-73). Freshman Mackenzie Cloutier closed out a tied for 30th at 9-over par 225 (73-77-75) while Olivia Coit wrapped up her career with a tie for 35th at 11-over par 227 (77-74-76). Morgan Beaulieu closed out her A-State tenure tied for 56th at 25-over par 241 (79-80-82). Ceci Lococo posted a 1-over par 73 in the final round following her second round 76.

    A-State completes the season with a 298.33 stroke average, sixth-best in program history. It is the 11th consecutive season with a top 10 scoring average. Coit finishes her career with a 74.17 stroke average to rank second in program history while Beaulieu finished with a 75.23 stroke average to rank fourth.
