LOCKPORT, Ill. (2/8/26) – The third-ranked Arkansas State women’s bowling team finished sixth among 26 teams at the Flyer Invitational.
 
A-State (54-24) entered the day fifth and went 1-2 in head-to-head Baker best-of-seven matches to finish up sixth. The Red Wolves dropped a 4-1 decision to No. 10 Maryville to open the day but responded with a 4-2 win over No. 16 Newman to meet No. 11 Sacred Heart with the winner taking fifth place. Sacred Heart came away with a 4-1 victory to clinch fifth and drop A-State to sixth.
 
The Red Wolves continue the spring slate Feb. 20-22 at the Big Red Invitational hosted by Nebraska.
