JONESBORO, Ark. (9/22/25) – The Arkansas State football team’s kickoff time for its home game Saturday, Oct. 4, versus Texas State has been moved to 3:00 p.m. after being selected for a nationally-televised broadcast on ESPNU.
The game’s start time was moved from its original 6:00 p.m. kickoff to 3:00 p.m. at Centennial Bank Stadium to accommodate the ESPNU broadcast. Due to the change in kickoff time, the A-State volleyball contest against Southern Miss on Saturday, Oct. 4, will have first serve at Noon inside First National Bank Arena. As part of a special ticket promotion in place for Oct. 4, a football ticket to the game against Texas State can also be used for admission to the Red Wolves’ volleyball match against Southern Miss, and vice versa.
The contest will mark the 13th all-time meeting between the Red Wolves and Bobcats. It is the first time since 2022 that A-State will have at least three home games broadcast on national TV.
A-State football begins league play Saturday, Sept. 27, at ULM. Kickoff is set for 2:00 p.m. on ESPN+.
Single-game tickets are available online at AStateRedWolves.com/Tickets and can also be purchased by phone at 870-972-2781 or in person at the A-State Ticket Office, located at First National Bank Arena’s lower red entrance.
