NeNe Leaks is being sued by the estranged wife of her current boyfriend who claims the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star broke up their marriage. Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh has alleged in a lawsuit that NeNe began her relationship with her boyfriend, Nyonisela Sioh, while he was still married.

In legal documents filed in North Carolina, Tehmeh-Sioh claims that NeNe’s relationship resulted in her suffering emotional distress, mental anguish, and loss of affection. Under North Carolina criminal law adultery is considered a misdemeanor. It’s defined as when any man and woman, not being married to each other, lewdly and lasciviously associate, bed, and cohabitate together. The alienation of affections law is based on an 18th century English common law in which a husband could sue another man for the loss of his wife’s affection. Tehmeh-Sioh is seeking around $100,000 in damages.

NeNe and her new boyfriend did seemingly hook up right after her husband Greg Leakes died of colon cancer at age 66 last year. The Dynasty star posted pictures from her birthday on December 15th, 2021, with Nyonisela Sioh.

In other news, Lil Nas X is expressing his frustration on social media about not receiving any 2022 BET Awards nominations. Although, the comments were deleted shortly after they were posted. The 23-year-old musician has won two Grammys and has 11 nominations since bursting on the scene in 2020, although he only has one BET Awards nomination.

The openly gay singer responded to a fan who asked why he thought he should have been nominated, voicing his concern that Black gay people are always struggling to be seen.
