Virginia Passes Law Ending Partisan Redistricting

The state of Virginia passed a proposal last year to end partisan redistricting, allowing districts to be drawn according to political preference. AURN talks with D.C. area political and government consultant Philip Thompson about what it means for Black people in the state.
