Undergraduate Studies Program Recognizes Top Graduates
5/7/2018 JONESBORO – Two seniors in Undergraduate Studies at Arkansas State University were recognized during Convocation of Scholars ceremonies as the program’s most outstanding graduating students. Lakyn Oliver of Sheridan received the Chancellor’s Scholar award for having the highest overall gradepoint average, according to Dr. Jill Simons, associate vice chancellor for retention and completion. Anna Bland of Walnut Ridge received the departmental award in the Bachelor of Science degree program in interdisciplinary studies. The departmental awards, based on scholarship, leadership, and service, are presented to the top graduating student in each degree program. # # #
