Trump Promises Payroll Tax Cut Will Not Hurt Social Security

President Donald Trump says his executive order providing a payroll tax cut will not hurt Social Security. Standing by his decision, the President claims the reimbursement to cover the tax cut will come from the general fund. Some fear his decision will have a negative effect on Social Security benefits.
