Trump Increases Funding for HBCUs

President Donald Trump signed an important piece of legislation that will increase the amount of funding HBCU’s receive by $100 million dollars.

Last week President Trump signed legislation that will bring $850 million dollars to Historically Black Colleges and Universities over the next 10 years. In a statement, Trump called the move part of his “unprecedented commitment to HBCU’s” and he promised to “continue to fight for HBCUs.
