Todd Mosby’s New Horizons Ensemble at Fowler Center

March 16, 2019

03/15/2019

JONESBORO – Arkansas State University’s Fowler Center will present Todd Mosby’s New Horizons Ensemble as part of the Riceland Distinguished Presentation Series, Friday, April 5, at 7:30 p.m.

Todd Mosby’s New Horizons Ensemble is a six-member acoustic instrumental/folk/jazz ensemble that has toured across the U.S.

“Todd’s music is a wonderland of rich, vibrant harmonic structures in which one can easily immerse themselves and enjoy. Add to that the delightful simplicity of his beautifully soaring yet powerful melodies, and it is an experience like no other,” says Tim Crist, director of the series.

The group includes Grammy-nominated and winning performers delivering an acoustic instrumental mix with off-the-charts virtuoso flair. Members of the ensemble have performed with Carlos Santana, John McLaughlin, and Sting, and many other top names.

“The New Horizons Ensemble is as much fun to watch as it is to listen,” Crist added.  “Come hear this amazingly transformative ensemble that will transport the listener into a world of fantasy, emotion, beauty and inspiration.”
