On Tuesday April 24th, the Jonesboro Metropolitan Planning Commission unanimously approved the Conditional Use Permit which will allow us to construct our new 100 feet tower. Funding for the tower was provided by a generous donation from First National Bank in which the tower will be named in honor of. Construction of the tower is scheduled to begin May 28th and is scheduled to be completed June 15th. Once completed, listeners in Jonesboro should experience a stronger signal and better listening experience. An official ribbon cutting/dedication ceremony/reception for the new tower is in the planning stages and more details will be announced soon.
