Roe V. Wade Affects Health Care Access for Women of Color, Lower Income

The work continues on various fronts after the Congressional Black Caucus Annual Legislative Conference 2019.  One of the issues of concern in the community is the challenge to Roe V. Wade and how it would affect access to health care for many women of color and lower income .
