President Tweets, Then Deletes Video of Man Chanting “White Power”

June 29, 2020

President Trump has not apologized for a tweet thanking the “great people” in a video depicting Trump supporters arguing with fellow residents screaming screaming “white power” while in a golf card procession.  Trump has since deleted the tweet ad the urging of Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC). THE White House is saying the president did not watch the full video before retweeting.

April Ryan speaks with Minister Bernice King, daughter of the late, great Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., about whether she would speak with the president about issues of race if given the opportunity.
