President Changes Tone At NATO Conference

President Trump has changed his tone on NATO. Heading into the NATO summit in Brussels, the president was crying foul at not wanting to pay the agreed dues for defense with the other 28 NATO member nations. Now, the president is speaking highly of the 69 year old defense alliance.
