The tower was to originally been placed at the side of the building. Due to water and phone lines (phone line is represented by the orange line), the tower had to be built behind the building.

This section of rebar will be near the top of the tower foundation hole. Workers will build a rebar cage in the tower foundation hole and fill it with concrete to support the tower.
