KLEK General Manager LaGanzie Kale named to Bancorp South Corporate Advisory Council

Written by LaGanzie Kale

October 9, 2018

KLEK 102.5 FM General Manager has been named to the BancorpSouth Corporate Advisory Council. Kale was nominated for the position in light of KLEK’s service to the community as well as its track record of working with other nonprofit organizations in Jonesboro.

The BancorpSouth Corporate Advisory Council is comprised of individuals across eight states and they offer insight into how BancorpSouth and their partners can better help serve their communities.

Kale sees his appointment to the council as an opportunity to highlight the work of community radio stations like KLEK as well as other nonprofits that specifically target minority and underserved populations. “I look forward to serving on the council  and helping BancorpSouth and their partners connect with people and organizations that share a common goal of making a difference in their communities.”

The next meeting of the BancorpSouth Corporate Advisory Council will be November 1-2 in Tupelo, Mississippi.
