Jonesboro Community Centers will be Opened in Case of Storms

KLEK has received information from Bill Campbell, Communications Director for the City of Jonesboro, stating that Allen Park, Parker Park, and the Earl Bell Community Center will be opened to the public for safety in the case of a storm if the American Red Cross issues an order to open the buildings. The buildings will only be opened if the Red Cross requests. Currently Jonesboro and the surrounding areas are under a tornado watch until 8:00 p.m. tonight (April 3, 2018).
