Dr. Yusef Salaam on COVID-19 Danger to Prison Population

As conversation takes shape about opening up some portions of the nation, the coronavirus spread in prisons is still a major concern.  Governors are being petitioned to release non-violent and elderly prisoners to lessen the spread of the virus.

White House Correspondent April Ryan speaks with Dr. Yusef Salaam, one of the members of the Exonerated 5, about the dangers of a pandemic while behind bars. Prisons, nursing homes, and homeless shelters have become ground zero for COVID-19.
