Cotton Statement on China’s Announced National Security Law for Hong Kong

Washington, D.C. – Senator Tom Cotton (R-Arkansas) today released the following statement after China announced it would impose new national security law on Hong Kong:

“Chairman Xi and his Communist thugs once again show their disregard for Hong Kong’s promised autonomy and freedom. There must be consequences for Beijing’s tyrannical actions against the people of Hong Kong.”
