Washington, DC is abuzz with Hurricane Florence looming over the southeast, midterms elections, and the Congressional Black Caucus annual legislative conference week, focusing on voter turnout and activism.  NAACP President Cornell Brooks will join the CBC, who have been working together to maximize Black voter turnout.
