JONESBORO, Ark. (8/24/23) – Arkansas State women’s golf head coach MJ Desbiens Shaw announced a challenging slate of events, including the annual Lady Red Wolves Classic at Sage Meadows Country Club Oct. 16-17, for the 2023-24 schedule.

Including the season opener at Losantiville Golf Club for the Jennifer Duke Invitational hosted by Cincinnati Sept. 11-12, the Red Wolves are scheduled for five tournaments during the fall. A-State will also compete in the Golfweek Red Sky Classic (Sept. 25-27), Dale McNamara Invitational (Oct. 9-10), host the Lady Red Wolves Classic (Oct. 16-17) and travel to Hot Springs, Ark., for the Diamante Intercollegiate.

The spring portion of the schedule will get underway Feb. 12-13 at The Atlantic Invitational. The squad will have four other tournaments, including the UNF Collegiate (March 4-5), the Mountainview Collegiate (March 15-17), the Fresno State Classic (March 25-26) and the ULM Invitational (April 1-2).

The 2024 Sun Belt Women’s Golf Championships will take place at The Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa and the Lakewood Golf Club in Point Clear, Ala., April 15-18. This will mark the first time the Sun Belt will determine its women’s golf team champion in a match-play format. NCAA Regionals are set for May 6-8 with the NCAA Championship May 17-22 at the Omni La Costa Resort & Spa Champions Club in Carlsbad, Calif.
